Introduction

These Terms govern your access to StoryFlex, an entertainment image-to-image service for creating realistic prank and flex photos. By using StoryFlex, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

StoryFlex outputs are AI-generated entertainment images. They are not evidence of real events, identity, location, employment, wealth, endorsement, legal status, medical facts, or any other factual claim. You must not present generated images as real documentary proof.

Your Uploads and Likeness Responsibilities

You are responsible for the images and prompts you submit. You must have the rights, consent, or other lawful basis needed to upload images of yourself or other people and to generate the requested result. A second reference image may include another person, but you remain responsible for using that person’s likeness lawfully and respectfully.

Acceptable Use

You may not use StoryFlex to create, request, distribute, or facilitate content involving harassment, humiliation, threats, impersonation, fraud, non-consensual intimacy, sexual content, minors, privacy invasion, discrimination, illegal activity, or fake evidence of a real-world event. We may block prompts, suspend access, or refuse service when use appears unsafe or abusive.

Do not use generated images as proof of real identity, location, employment, wealth, endorsement, criminal conduct, medical facts, or any other factual claim. Report abuse or safety concerns at support@storyflex.online.

Payments, Cancellation, Past Due, and Refunds

Starter, Flex, and Viral are recurring monthly subscriptions that provide a monthly image allowance. You may cancel through the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, while access normally continues until the end of the paid period. If a subscription becomes past_due, new generations and locked-result unlocks are paused until billing is updated.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a refund is confirmed, current subscription entitlement is revoked for new generations and unlocks. Previously consumed image allowance is not retroactively restored, and already unlocked results are not clawed back.

Storage and Result Availability

StoryFlex uses Cloudflare R2 private storage only for temporary input image staging before sending inputs to the generation provider. R2 is not used as permanent media storage or generated-result storage. Generated results depend on temporary provider URLs and are not retained as a long-term history. Download important results immediately.

AI Output and Moderation

StoryFlex creates AI-generated images from user-provided input images and prompts. Outputs may look realistic, but they are synthetic entertainment content and must not be represented as real events or factual evidence.

Prompts may be reviewed by safety systems before generation. A flag or deny safety decision may block generation. StoryFlex may also fail closed when safety checks are unavailable. Failed, rejected, or unavailable safety checks do not intentionally consume your image count.

Analytics

StoryFlex may use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand product usage and improve the service. Analytics events must not include prompts, provider result URLs, upload URLs, signed asset URLs, or image content.
